HY-1390 is a cationic antistatic softener designed with a special molecular structure to provide antistatic and soft fluffy performance. It is a self-emulsifying product that can be diluted directly with water for chemical fiber and blended textile finishing.

Cationic groups adsorb to negatively charged chemical fiber surfaces and form a uniform flexible protective film.
Provides a dry, non-greasy fabric hand feel and long-lasting antistatic effect.
Improves softness, fluffiness, antistatic performance and process adaptability of wig fibers.
Self-emulsifying system, directly diluted with water without additional emulsifier.
Environmentally friendly and suitable for polyester, nylon and synthetic wig fibers.

How to Use
Dilute with deionized water to avoid hard-water effects. Stir evenly during dilution and do not pour concentrate directly onto fabric.
Recommended base dilution ratio is 1%-2% (1 kg product with 25-50 kg water). Adjust concentration according to on-site conditions and hand-feel requirements.
Can be compounded with nonionic antistatic agents, smoothers and water repellents. Do not mix with anionic auxiliaries.

Storage Conditions
Store sealed in a cool, dry and ventilated place at 5-35°C. Keep container sealed after use and avoid moisture and high temperature.
