HY-518 Polypropylene Sizing Agent
HY-518 is a dedicated sizing agent developed for polypropylene (PP) matrix composites. It uses functional polymer-modified polypropylene design to improve interfacial shear strength between fibers and resin.
Product Features
Forms a protective film on the fiber surface and greatly improves interfacial bonding.
Treated fibers show good thermoplasticity, good dispersion in composites and excellent chopped processing performance.
Significantly enhances mechanical properties and wear resistance of composite materials.
Improves fiber bundling and wear resistance while reducing fuzzing and fiber breakage.
Waterborne emulsion system with no solvent, low ppm and no VOC emissions.

How to Use
