HY-9072 Release Agent
HY-9072 is a waterborne, environmentally friendly lubricating release agent for die casting, designed for aluminum, zinc and magnesium alloy die casting with high-temperature resistance, isolation, lubrication, pressure resistance, oxidation resistance, anti-carbon buildup, non-corrosion and environmental performance.
Product Features
Maintains high lubricity after 100x dilution and forms a nano-scale isolation film after spraying, reducing adhesion between molten metal and mold.
Silicone-based high-temperature lubricating matrix works with non-silicone components to avoid high-temperature carbonization and mold residue.
Produces smooth, bright cast surfaces after release without yellowing or blackening.
Waterborne formula with no harmful volatiles, meeting industrial environmental standards.
High-temperature film formation and lubrication suppress mold carbon buildup and extend mold life.

How to Use
Dilute 1:100 (concentrate:water) and stir evenly before use. Deionized water helps improve anti-carbon buildup, corrosion resistance and surface finish.
Preheat mold to 150-200°C before spraying. Use an atomizing spray gun at 0.3-0.5MPa and spray evenly from 20-30cm away.
Spray 1-2 seconds per mold cycle to form an even transparent film. Process: mold cleaning, preheating, release-agent spraying, metal injection, cooling release and mold maintenance.

Storage Conditions
Transport and store as non-dangerous goods. Store in a dry, ventilated and cool place at ≥5°C. Avoid strong sunlight and contact with acids or alkalis.
