HY-9102 Acrylic Textile Coating Wetting Agent
HY-9102 is a silicone nonionic surfactant made by graft copolymerization of polyether and polydimethylsiloxane. It is suitable for wetting, dispersing and leveling in acrylic textile coating systems.

Low surface tension.
Good softening and antistatic properties.
Good viscosity reduction and leveling, improving intermolecular stress in many resin systems.
Good lubricity, suitable for high-grade cutting fluids.
Miscible with water and polar organic solvents such as alcohols, DMF, ethers and esters, making it easy to use.

How to Use
As a softener, use 1%-5% in padding or dipping bath.
As a leveling agent, use 0.1%-1% in the system.
For other applications, use 0.1%-10% as a reference dosage or determine by pilot testing.
